High GPU usage during gaming is normal.
Temperatures look great.
Disable your Intel display adapter through Device Manager and see if you have more stability: Start Menu -> Right Click Computer -> Click Manage -> Device Manager from the list on the left -> Expand Display adapters -> Right click the Intel device -> Disable.
You may also consider using the ATI display driver 12.6 Beta version: AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver
for Windows Vista/Windows 7 64-bit. It is supposed to provide more stability for the newer graphics cards.
