The very first thing to do is to backup your data. It's possible that this is a failing hard drive - and you don't want to be caught without a backup if it does fail on you!

Windows 7 doesn't like wireless USB devices. Here's my rant about them:
Quote:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Windows 7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Windows 7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Windows 7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
The WER section of MSINFO32 shows many, many instances of STOP 0x24 BSOD errors. This is technically an error related to the NTFS file system on the hard drive - but is often a symptom of hard drive failure.

So, please try these free tools:
1) HDD diagnostic: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
2) CHKDSK /R /F:
Quote:
CHKDSK /R /F:
Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.
FWIW - I know that the /F is supposed to be redundant, but I prefer to have it run anyway.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

Elevated Command Prompt:
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Windows 7) (winlogon for XP).
Copy/paste the results into your next post.
Your Kaspersky and encryption software both date from 2009 - please update them both. If you don't want to pay for Kaspersky again, please uninstall it and try one of these free antivirus programs: Free AntiVirus If you cannot update the encryption software (?InfoWatch Encrypt?), please uninstall it from your system.

If the above steps don't stop the BSOD's, please zip up and upload any new memory dumps with your next post - and we'll see what we can figure out from there.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

Still Happening ..

I went in and ran the CHKDSK like you said to and I am not sure how to get the information on if it found something or not. I am still experiencing the BSOD so I am attaching the new files for you. I made sure that my Kaspersky is up to date and it is paid for another 954 days ..

The hard drive is still the most likely problem. Have you run the hard drive diagnostic that I suggested in my previous post? If so, what were the results?
If you haven't run it, it's important to do so - it'll tell you the hardware status of your disk. And, if the disk is bad, there's no need to do the rest of the stuff that I've suggested.

We still need the CHKDSK results also. Here's how to get the chkdsk logfile:
Quote:
CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Windows 7) (winlogon for XP).
Copy/paste the results into your next post.
You must remove the wireless USB device - at least temporarily - in order to test if it's the cause of these BSOD's. I suggest running a long wire (if possible) that way you'll have internet and will still be able to use the machine normally. You're having 5 to 7 BSOD's a day - so it shouldn't take long to rule it out.

Kaspersky is still outdated. Please do this:
1 - make sure that you have your Kaspersky key and installation DVD (this will allow you to reinstall after we test it)
2 - download a free antivirus from the list here: Free AntiVirus
3 - uninstall your Kaspersky. If it asks if you want to save your activation data - tell it yes.
4 - install and update the free antivirus.
5 - perform a full system scan with the free antivirus.
6 - wait for the next BSOD.

If the BSOD's continue, then uninstall the free antivirus - and reinstall your Kaspersky. Don't forget to immediately update it and let it do a full system scan. This will rule out the Kaspersky as a problem.
If the BSOD's stop, then you know it was Kaspersky that was the problem.

The encryption software is still outdated - so please remove it. That will be the test to see if it's at fault.

If the above steps don't stop the BSOD's, please zip up and upload any new memory dumps with your next post - and we'll see what we can figure out from there.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

- Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html
- Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html
