You can reinstall the Norton if you like - don't forget to uninstall the free antivirus.
If Norton asks to check for a later version, let it.
Uninstall the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver.
Then install this one: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...T)%22&lang=eng
If it doesn't work (the documentation isn't very clear), then try this one: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...T)%22&lang=eng
I opened the archive at Lenovo and it refers to AHCI - so that's why I suggested the first driver (it's the first one) Download the STOR_Win7_XP_11.2.0.1006.exe driver - NOT the one's that start w/f6flpy-
Thank you again for your expertise. The Lenovo site shows version 11.0.0.1032. Regardless, I uninstalled my current version and installed your primary recommendation, version 11.2.0.1006, which does appear to be working. I opened Intel Rapid Storage and it says everything is working.
I tried to plug it into receiver HDMI and received same BSOD. Any possibility it's receiver versus computer related?
This is interesting. I noticed the text at the bottom about dump size. Check out this quick video: BSOD - YouTube
Edit: Still at a loss. Changed Startup and Recovery settings and still don't have more dump files...

Sorry, but I came into this thread initially with a response to just one problem (the missing dump files) - but I'll attempt to address your concerns here:
For the Logitech problem there's several approaches to try.
Start with this:
- right click on each one and select "Uninstall"
- then right click on the top entry (GrimsLenovo) and select "Scan for hardware changes"
If the system still shows errors on these devices then:
- download a fresh installation package for your Logitech device from the Logitech website
- uninstall your Logitech software using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- install the freshly downloaded package and see if that fixes the errors.
As for the missing dump files, here's a brief and incomplete DRAFT description of how memory dumps are generated: BSOD Crash Dump Generation
You have 2 pagefiles - one on the C: drive and one on the D: drive
Please set max and min on both for 8.5 gB in size (you may not get this much off the D: drive, but give it a try).
Firstly, let me say THANK YOU. I'm greatly appreciative of any help I can get. My primary issue that I'm trying to rectify is being able to hook my HDMI up to my laptop without getting a BSOD.
I did as you said and changed the page files. I then tried to hook up the HDMI, received a BSOD: see attached picture. It did look like it was trying to further process from before and even gave an additional error code at the bottom. Thoughts?
Check this out... chkdsk /r says "Adding 150057038" bad clusters to the Bad Clusters File".
Is this part of problem?
The error code specifies a data error (0xc000009C)
That would tend to agree with chkdsk problems.
