OK sorry it took me so long to respond back I was on vacation. When I got back I started working on all the things in your post. I started by removing my lycosa keyboard and made sure to delete all the software with it, same for the Xeno card. Then I ran memtest for 3 passes on all my sticks then ran it for 3 passes on each stick individually. After that I ran the torture tests on my CPU and Graphics card, no issues there. I updated all my drivers and scanned my computer for malware. Thinking I was in the clear I started to play Sleeping Dogs with my Xbox 360 controller and got a BSOD. Then, AS I WAS TYPING THIS, I got another BSOD and am now retyping this. Not really sure where to go from here, I pulled my xbox controller out and I'm going to see what happens. Thanks in advance for responding.

Thinking I was in the clear I started to play Sleeping Dogs with my Xbox 360 controller and got a BSOD.
We've seen problems with these devices over the last 6 months or so.

And this is the driver that's caused it:
    Code:
    xusb21.sys Thu Aug 13 18:10:17 2009 (4A848F49)
Unfortunately there aren't any updates for this driver/device - so removing it is the only option at this point.
The manufacturer may release a new driver tho', so keep checking their website to see.
Meanwhile, ensure that you have all Windows Updates, as that may contribute to it.

You can also run Driver Verifier to try an force a BSOD that blames a particular driver - but it'll be easier to just remove the XBox controller and it's software as a test in it's own right. If you want to run Driver Verifier, please follow these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

    - Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html

So I removed my controller and its software, but got another BSOD. I'm going to run Driver Verifier now and see what happens.

There's not much else here. If the Driver Verifier test doesn't point out a particular driver, then I'd suspect that we've ruled out 3rd party drivers as a cause.

That leaves it being either a hardware problem or a Windows problem. While hardware problems are more common, Windows problems are easier to deal with.

Let's wait and see what Driver Verifier tells us - and we'll move on from there.

OK so I had the Driver Verifier running for roughly 36 hours and nothing. It didn't crash once and other than a little bit of frame rate drop in games it was fine, so I turned it off. Afterwards I came back on and played Sleeping Dogs. Of course 10 minutes into playing, I get a BSOD. So now I'm going to run the verifier on everything from MS

    This one blames video.
    - Replace video drivers (uninstall the current one's completely before downloading/installing the fresh copy.
    - Check card to ensure the vents aren't clogged, that the fan is working, that the power plug is firmly seated and that that card is firmly seated in it slot (use anti-static precautions when doing this).

Try these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
In particular, run the video diagnostics - there's 2 places that they're listed in the above page.

If all else fails, then try another video card. If you don't have one, purchase one from a store that will let you return it (for your money back) if the card isn't the problem.

    Good luck!

Ok ran hardware diagnostics and everything looked normal but got another BSOD so I guess I have to go find a place where I can get a graphics card and return it.

Well, well, well - lookit what's popped it's ugly little head up for us to see:
    AODDriver2.sys Tue Mar 6 04:55:00 2012 (4F55DEF4)
Remove it (see below) and see if that stops the BSOD's (this one wasn't the typical video error that you have been getting).

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Uninstall". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Ok, so I unistalled everything from ATI/AMD then followed the steps to only install the drivers for the card and even went into the Device Manager and delete the AODDriverr4.01 and you guessed it, got another BSOD. Will they ever stop?!?!

Yes they'll stop. Either that or you'll throw it into the ocean - and then it'll stop anyway! (just kidding!)

This one doesn't blame anything in particular -so I wonder if it was just the dying last gasps of AMD OverDrive. The other possibility is that it's a hardware problem.
Wait for another BSOD, if you don't get one in another week or so - it's probably fixed. If you go 2 weeks, it most likely fixed.

If not, post back and we'll see about running Driver Verifier (I don't have much hope for it if we use it on STOP 0x1E errors).

See the "Usual Causes" section at this link: BSOD Index

Your BIOS is the most up to date version ( GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3+ - GA-870A-USB3 (rev. 3.1) ), although there is a beta version available. I wouldn't try this until you've exhausted every other possibility.
