BSOD After Putting A DVD+R (Blank DVD) To A CD-ROM

Okay. This What Happend First I'm Going To Copy A Game From DVD... Then When I Put It Just show BSOD Page_Fault_in_non Area. Then I Restart It It Not Booting Now./. I Put It In Safe Mode But It Hangs. Then When I Use CHKDSK It works... But Then When I Remove The CD. Reboot It Again The BSOD loads again after starting windows logo
