Random BSOD after new hardware purchase

I recently aquired a new motherboard and processor (ECS ic780m-a2, AMD Phenom II X4 Deneb) and occasionally ill get a random BSOD. Usually it happens when i walk away for a few hours then come back to a "Windows has recovered from an unexpected error". All the files that have been requested for this forum are attached. So if someone could take a look at it and tell me if a piece of hardware may be bad (i have a hunch it may be one of the ram modules) that would be great. Thx.

Your crash reports indicate a possible problem with your Windows installation. Please follow the Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions. Post the results in your next post; do not start a new thread.
