8 passes, no errors. Stopped the Memtest86. Do I need to do more tests with the RAM or is it fine?

Alright, I think we have exhausted just about all our options here.
I recommend that you Repair Install Windows 7.

Steps 1-3 and 5-7 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 will help you get installation media, backup any important files (just in case), and obtain your license keys for software (just in case) and the Windows license key (you will need this key).

One little problemo left, nothing to do with Flyff, that runs fine now.

Im trying to delete my old Windows folder, but it doesn't let me. It says I need permission from TrustedInstaller. So I googled it and looked up how to change the permissions. I've given miself the permission full control of the file, all subfolders and files. But When I try to delete it, it gives me the exact same error, only not for TrustedInstaller, but that I need permission from myself...!!?

You need to take ownership of the folder: Take Ownership of file - Vista Forums

For the F4... What were you doing at the time of the crash?

If you are still getting the crashes, there is only one course of action to determine if it is hardware or software related: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I just got the BSOD F4 while launching Flyff, while the night before it worked. The only other program that is running is Avast Antivirus. That ran too while Flyff worked.

I already did a clean install of Windows 7, but for some reason all the old files are still on the computer. I could manually delete all the remaining Windows and other files but that isn't the same is it?

Just realized you never said what the results of the SeaTools tests were. Did you run those?

Also, what you did was not a clean re-install, it was just a re-install. A clean re-install involves formatting the drive so no remnants of your old installation remain prior to installing.
