After rebooting out of Safe Mode, i've not been able to get past my BIOS, and on the odd occasion that i do, i get greeted with 'DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER'.

Consider doing a Villain Windows Installation, an installation of Windows without additional software, drivers, games, or anything else. Your Windows sounds broken, and it's like beating a dead horse to recover it.

Im unable to do anything, when booting from my windows disk, ive tried to select both repair & install but i just get a freeze.

When i was last in Safe Mode i didnt turn off that 'Verifier' as i wasn't sure you wanted me to do it yet as you had not replied.

I think this is stopping me from reinstalling windows, is there any way of getting that to stop stressing my drivers out without getting into windows, as that is not gunna happen in our life time....xD

    Hello JT.

Is it only when your system tries to boot into Windows? BIOS and the interface works just fine? You can try downloading a copy of Ubuntu and see if the system will crash there.
If the case is that the BIOS interface is working, you can basically just boot from a Windows
    Recovery disc.

I finally managed to get into windows after shutting verifier down through command prompt, after the restart i logged in, it then said installing device driver software and just froze instantly, the window is open so its pretty tempting..

Ok i can get into windows, but something is instantly killing it, i can get into safe mode, ill jump on that and wait for a reply for what to do next, maybe a fresh format now will be your suggestion, as i think it will work now.

But yea, ill wait for a reply first.

    *EDIT*

Thought i would just edit as i seem to be spamming alot of posts.

I'm in, without a crash on start up, while i was in Safe Mode i had a look at it seems that verifier was still going thats why i was crashing on start up, so we are back to square one, not knowing what is causing my BSOD.

I imagine you will suggest to carry on using my system untill i get another BSOD and to report back here with details once that happens?

    Hello John.

First a few questions I want to get clear on. For your current situation..
    • You can navigate in Safe Mode?
    • Your verifier is currently disabled?
    • You're not able too boot from Recovery Discs?

Try to boot the Windows Defender Offline utility. There's more information in the link below..
    .. Windows Defender Offline

    • Did your computer freeze in the middle of the installation of Windows, or just simply running the disc' interface?

    Best Regards,
    Frederik.

When were you able to handle those?
    Best of luck!
