BSOD on startup, (can get through every 1/5 boots however) Self Built.

So I am getting BSOD on startup of my newly built computer. This started occuring yesterday, 6 weeks after the computer was built. I am suspecting a hard drive failure (booting from a SSD), but I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out and tell me what is going on.

    Specs:
    1. Win 7 64 bit Home Premium
    2. i5 2500k (normal clocks now, I reset them when I started bluescreening but it did not go away) with Coolermaster Hyper 212 plus cooler
    3. 2x4gb Corsair 1600mhz ddr3 ram
    4. asrock extreme 3 gen 3 mobo
    5. 500gb Western Digital HDD
    6. 64 GB Crucial M4 SSD (boot drive)
    7. Sapphire 7850 (running at normal clocks)

Thanks to all replies in advance

Dumps point to a possible RAM problem, run a RAM Test for at least 7 Passes. Post back with your results.

I left it all day, it went for 9 passes. I had a LOT of errors. What should I do next?

EDIT: Read the guide, going to run overnight with only 1 ram stick in, will post back later with results.

Errors = Defective RAM. Replace the RAM sticks which are defective.

Okay. So on replacing, I purchased these sticks about 6 weeks ago through NewEgg.

Is there anyway I can get refunded for them, as they are defective? Or am I just gonna have to take the loss (really not that bad, ram is so cheap nowadays)

Probably, if they're still under warranty.

Thank you very much for all the help! I found that only 1 of the sticks was defective (testing each separately) but I am sending both in and getting a new set of sticks.

People like you are very helpful and I appreciate it a lot.
