Analysis:
Crash caused by ViXS XCode AVStream. Without the BSOD instructions, we are unable to provide more information than that.

sorry i didnt get the instructions clear. the issue comes up when ever my pc wakes up from sleep mode. i also once installed Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 but i disabled them because they weren't working. thanks

I am afraid your installation is not genuine. Non-Genuine Windows contains security leaks and also cannot be properly updated which may result in instabilities and blue screen crashes. If you were not aware that your Windows was Non-Genuine, contact your seller or the company that provided the seller and file a complaint.
