Windows 7: BSOD using Windows XP

BSOD using Windows XP

Hi All,

One of our user has been getting BSOD.



Here are few specs for laptop which may help you assisting the issue and error messages as below:

OS: Windows XP (32 BIT)
Laptop Type: Lenovo x201

I have attached dump file to see if you could help me.

Analysis:
All crashes were caused by your Intel Graphics Miniport Driver. Update the driver from Intel® Driver Update Utility. Make sure to go to the link and download the driver even if it says your driver is valid. Valid does not mean updated.
