    Computer freezing while watching twitch.tv or playing HON.


    Requires a hard reset after freeze. Dump is attached. Freezes once a hour or so.

    You don't have all the necessary files attached. Please run the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app from the below link and upload the .rar file.

    I apologize, I followed the steps and here is everything you requested.

    Windows 7 OEM
    i7 Quad 3.6ghz 10mb cache CPU
    EVGA 560ti overclocked
    12gigs of corsair vengeance memory
    asus motherboard.
    950w power supply.

    You have an SSD installed. SSD drivers are a common cause of BSOD's, in particular Crucial M4's with outdated firmware. Make sure that the following is up to date:

    writhziden said:

    • Chipset Drivers
    • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
    • Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers (older drivers for these are especially problematic)

    Is your computer simply freezing or are you getting blue screens (BSODs)?

    You may want to try reseating your GPU. Also stop overclocking any hardware and reset any changed values back to default.

    I'm not getting BSOD, I'm getting a complete freeze. Nothing works, mouse and keyboard dosnt work, CNTL ALT DLT dosnt work, nothing. Requires a hard reset.

Hello, A bsod has occured twice in the last week and I am requesting some diagnostics on the cause of them. I have a suspicion that it is my video drivers.
