| | Thank you, to all who helped. Spoke w/ MS tech support and since the key on my pc wasn't valid and what jely bean found wasn't either they issued me a new product key! FWIW- never pleasant being asked to repeat same thing over and over (name, situation)etc to various levels of tech support but overall very pleased with how MS handled this for me. |
