BSOD/Driver Power State Failure when computer sleeps/hibernates

Hey All,

I've got a Lenovo T410 running Windows 7 64bit that's been having issues with a BSOD when my computer sleeps or hibernates.

BC Code: 9F

I've attached the necessary stuff. Please let me know if I've forgotten anything.

Thanks!

Problem devices
Code:
Photosmart 5510d series ROOT\MULTIFUNCTION\0000 This device is disabled.
You will need to either uninstall the drivers and reinstall the latest version or perform a clean installation of the driver. If the device is disabled please enable it.

Drivers
The dumps point to Netwsw00.sys, a driver associated with Intel Wireless Wi-Fi Link Adapter. From the below link download and install all of the drivers Networking: Wireless LAN.
Drivers and software - ThinkPad T410

The following drivers need to be updated:

Code:
CAXHWAZL.sys Wed Jul 01 06:01:14 2009
CAX_CNXT.sys Wed Jul 01 05:59:52 2009
CAX_DPV.sys Wed Jul 01 06:05:11 2009
XAudio64.sys Thu Apr 30 04:21:07 2009
mdmxsdk.sys Tue Jun 20 07:27:26 2006
These drivers can be found by searching them in Google and then finding the associated software or driver. Finally, find the latest version of this driver or software and download and install it. Some of the drivers may also be found here (if the driver says 'Windows Update' simply make sure all Windows Updates are installed).

You should also update any other drivers you can think of including graphics, audio, chipset, SSD etc.
Software
You have Ad-Aware AV installed, is that correct? At least to test, uninstall it and install MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) instead.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've been trying to tinker away at this stuff today, but I'm not sure if any of it sticked. I'm still running into the same issue, but I'm not sure which of the driver updates actually worked.

I was unable to find any of the drivers mentioned above. I tried perusing through the Conexant website, but none of the stuff on their site is applicable to my computer, as well as none of them are windows7 compatible (The latest updates they have are from 2006.

Thanks. Look forward to hearing back on your feedback.

Sorry, the Conexant driver would be found here. Update them as well as all the network drivers (this time including both WWAN and LAN). If you can, update as many as you can as it's always good to get new drivers.

The dumps are still pointing to the network driver. As I said above, please update all of the network drivers from the provided link.

Hi,

So I've updated almost all of the drivers that I could. I think I've found the last driver that I need to update, but every time I try to install/update it, it freezes at the end. Not sure why. I've tried about half a dozen times and the results are that the update freezes at the end and my internet connection gets cut off, in addition to the fact that my toolbar gets locked. Any idea for this?

Try uninstalling the driver first (look in Device Manager) and then install it. That driver is the one that seems to be causing the problems so it's important for you to update it. If it still doesn't update, try downloading the version from the Intel site.

So I've updated the stuff via the Intel site. I had to uninstall the Intel PROset/Wireless WiFi Software and then the associated driver for the Intel(R) Centrino (R) Ultimate-N 6300 AGN through device manager before installing the Intel software to get new updated stuff. The link I provided in my last post gives me an outdated version, so I should have the most up to date driver installed. However, the problem still persists.

I've attached the updated scans.

I currently have Symantec Endpoint Protection, not Sunbelt. Does it say I have Sunbelt because I am 99% sure I do not. Did you mean for me to uninstall Symantec?

Uninstalling Symantec would be good idea; MSE is a much better option.

I thought you might have Sunbelt installed as anew problem device called 'SBRE' has turned up on your latest system info file. From what I can find it's associated with a few programs; Sunbelt AV, VIPRE, Counterspy etc. As you may have noticed, all are Sunbelt products. If you have any such products installed I would recommend uninstalling them.
