Windows 7: bsod 124 and freeze

64bit win 7
bsod 124 and freeze while gaming

hi i have this problem about 2-3 months the first 2 months i had win vista 64bit now i have win 7 64bit but i have still the same problem

bsod - stop 124 when i was gaming (the game was aoe)
screen freeze also

dram only 8gb is reconized from the 16gb
(i had also a problem whit the sata there was two vista's installed so the pc didnt started up)

things i recently installed:
new cpu cooler (cooler master v8)
new case fan

amd fx-8120 cpu
16gb (4*4gb) corsair 1600mhz
xfx (ati) radeon hd 7970 3gb
silverstone 1500w
sata 596gb and sata 232gb
onboard soundcard

what program i used:
3dmark (nothing strange happend)
memtestok 8gb of 16gb no error

Also, we should check the RAM issue more thoroughly.
Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.
