    Hello,

    Code:
MpKslba392ff6	ROOT\LEGACY_MPKSLBA392FF6\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
This shows a bad install of MSE. I recommend uninstalling and re-install a fresh version: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Also since you use uTorrent, I would recommend a scan:
Do a full scan of your system using: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Afterwards: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

If nothing pops up for both of those,

    try: Windows Defender Offline
Also possible memory errors. After this please run a RAM - Test with Memtest86+ .

After all these steps are followed, please post back results.
