BSOD by Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 startup

Hello,

I bought COD MW3 via Steam. I had download the game from the steam server and I played it several times without any problems. After I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits I had to download COD MW3 again from the Steam server. I installed the game. Till here nothing went wrong.
When I started the game my screen freezes and I get the blue screen of death and my PC restarts.
So I can't play the game anymore!

Check the attachment. I added all my dmp files, I'm not sure if they all were caused by COD MW3. I know for sure that the last one is! '071412-22230-01.dmp'.


Could someone help me out please?!

- Full retail
- Bought my PC in December 2011 (Christmas)
- Reinstalled Windows 7 in March 2012 I guess

I guess it has something to do with 'ntoskrnl.exe'. But I am not sure, plz help me.

All BSOD analysis experts are currently busy. One of them will be with you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, updating your System Specs would be a very sound idea.

Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
(left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Manufacturer and Model and
ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
For example:
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

You will find that in Speccy, you can select info from the display
using your mouse/touchpad and then paste that info into your specs.

SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
this capability.

I am afraid your installation is not genuine. Non-Genuine Windows contains security leaks and also cannot be properly updated which may result in instabilities and blue screen crashes. If you were not aware that your Windows was Non-Genuine, contact your seller or the company that provided the seller and file a complaint. Also let Microsoft know of the problem: Protect Yourself from Piracy

I am sorry, but due to forum rules, we may not assist you further until you have installed a genuine version of Windows. To put the genuine Windows on, I strongly suggest you Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to make sure all remnants are removed of the software that you used to make Windows work before. If you do not clean re-install, you may be left with a compromised system and your identity, bank accounts, credit card information, etc. may be at risk. Once you install a genuine version:
