Device Concerns:Cisco is disabled when it is not in use. Probably not a problem.Code:Cisco AnyConnect VPN Virtual Miniport Adapter for Windows x64 ROOT\NET\0000 This device is disabled. SBRE ROOT\LEGACY_SBRE\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
For SBRE: SBRE, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". - Microsoft Answers
Analysis:You have remnants of Sunbelt/GFI VIPRE or adaware on the system. It may also be a program I am unfamiliar with... System Control Manager, perhaps?
Something is interfering with your wireless network. I suspect security software, and since MSE and Malwarebytes are known to not cause issues, we should look elsewhere. What other security software do you have installed besides those two and System Control Manager?
SuperAntiSpyware also is known to be stable, by the way...

writhziden thanks for assistance. I previously had Symantec Endpoint Running, but uninstalled while trying to determine what issue was. Same with ad aware. Presently microsoft security essentials. Wireless seems like it would be right as my wifes completely different system is having similar issue. Both result in BSOD and/or system does not shut down properly resulting in the query for SAFE MODE SAFE WITH NETWORK NORMAL login screen.
I did follow the SBRE information and removed the device completely.
You need to remove the remnants of ad-aware ASAP. I would recommend contacting Support Center | Lavasoft to get help removing it properly.
