Frequent BSOD: Code 7e, 3b

Hello Seven Forums here I am with a new problem. For the past months some BSODs are killing the joy of playing on my new pc. They all occur after around 6-8hours of gaming and I don`t think I have a heat problem. All of my BSODs were caused by the driver dxgmms1.sys. This bsod persists even after 3 OS installions and I always installed the same drivers/programs.

System specs:
  • Mobo: Asrock 970 Extreme3
  • CPU: Phenom x4 Phenom 965 BE
  • GPU: Gigabyte HD 6870 windforce
  • RAM: Patriot 4gb 1333mhz (1 stick)
  • HDD: WD Cavier Blue 500gb Sata3, 16mb
  • PSU: Seasonic S12II-520w Bronze
  • Case: HAF XM

I`m using a 64bit version and everything is new.
What I tryed so far:
  • new bios upgrade for my motherboard
  • different graphic driver versions for my ati gpu
  • 1 pass test in memtest with no errors (should I do more passes?)
  • firmly put into place my hardware, twice

Here are the dmp files and Health Status Report. (there are "just" 2 BSODs reports in 3 days since I installed a new os which was 3 days ago)
What could be the problem?

Hi Aizou, what antivirus software do you have installed? Zonealarm is sometimes responsible for this type of problem.

Also, you may want to take a look at this.

It looks like you are currently using the BETA drivers, which are usually susceptible to bugs. Are you able to roll back to an older official video card driver that you know to be stable?

12.6 maybe?

I think he is trying to say that some temperature programs could cause it also. I could be wrong.

What program are you using?

I don`t have any monitoring programs working realtime. I`m using just aida64 sometimes to check on my temps.
