Solved BSOD C4, PC running slower than usual

My Pc began running slow last night and I've been getting sub 10 fps in WoW despite the changes in settings. I've gotten 2 BSOD's today with the error C4, a driver is attempting to corrupt system. I've attached the permon and dump results.

System Specs: Amd Phenom x4, 4gb Corsair 1600 mhz, ati radeon 5770 hd. I'm on my laptop atm, I seem to be constantly getting the C4 BSOD whenever I try to use my Pc, I can log in but after a couple of minutes I'll get a BSOD.

First off,

Do a full scan of your system using: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Afterwards: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

Is there anything from the dump that's important? possibly outdated drivers or something?

This dump actually didn't give me a lot of information. But what I am able to tell it seems like it could be a virus.

I attempted to system restore but it tells me my Main Hard Drive has errors and has detected file system corruption. Should I run Chkdsk after the virus scans?

Alright try this:

Start -> Type in "%temp%" -> Highlight everything -> Delete it all, except for the files that it say that cannot be deleted.

I would also suggest that you disable Verifier. I wonder what settings you are using and whether you have it set up incorrectly. Do not enable Verifier without an expert's advice and steps.

You never indicated that you had run WDO.

WDO is an excellent program for removing all kinds of infections.

WDO never starts up your Win 7, thus avoiding many potential infections and allowing their removal.

Be 100% certain that you run WDO over every drive in your system.

When you have completed running WDO, then let me know and I will post a script for you which will package up the results for perusal.

Download Windows Defender Offline (about 764 kB)

You will have the choice of downloading the 32bit version (x86) or the 64 bit version (x64).
The link will help you determine whether you are running a 32 bit version or 64 bit version of Windows

INSTALLATION:

The install program will download about 210 mB.
The install program will name the USB stick WDO_Media32 or WDO_Media64
The WDO_Media32 usb stick will have used space of 255 mB (268,140,544 bytes)
The WDO_Media64 usb stick will have used space of 282 mB (296,165,376 bytes)
You can expect the number of mB to increase as more malware appears.

UPDATE Windows Defender Offline USB stick:
· reinsert the usb stick
· run the installation program, mssstool64.exe or mssstool32.exe, again.
· the update will download about 66 mB (mssstool32.exe) and 68 mB (mssstool64.exe).

Since the malware database is sometimes updated several times in a day, always update before running.

PERFORM AN OFFLINE SCAN
Bootup your computer from the USB stick
Windows Defender Offline will automatically perform a quick scan.
After the quick scan finishes, Choose Full Scan
Select all of your drives

The initial, full scan can easily take several hours, but
Remember, your computer is being very thoroughly checked for all types of malware.


RESULTS OF THE SCAN
The results will be in 4 log files on your computer's disk in:

I re installed windows and it seemed to have fix the problem, I probably should have done that initially. My fps in games have resumed to their normal high range. If the problem re-occurs I'll use the solutions you guys have kindly provided. I appreciate the help, thank you and have a great day.
