1 - save a copy of your Virtual Disk to another location (as a backup)
2 - reinstall VMWare and see if you can load the old virtual disk
3 - if not, then try to create a new VM w/a copy of the virtual disk.

    Welcome aboard, Sachin .

Browse to the location where the virtual installation is located , most probably it is in the user folder, as my virtual machines. Open it, and double click the .vmx file.

if it is not corrupted, it should run.
