A couple of problems
1-These were all Related to atikmdag.sys ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver.. I would re-install newest using this method.
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using
Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper
When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.
2-Skyrim. In the =most recent (and 2 others) crash Skyrim was at least a secondary source of the problem
3-Avast. Known to cause BSOD's on some systems.
I notice your avast which is often at least a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace your Avast with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST
http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Also I would run the update readiness tool and then update to SP-1
Please run the update readiness tool and then update to SP-1
Ensure you install the correct 64 or 32 bit option for your system)
Download the System Update Readiness Tool (64bit)
Download the System Update Readiness Tool (32bit)

Aight, so I finally dusted off my old computer and got to working on this. Was about to post a new thread when I realized I had already made one when I last was working on it.
I've now done all the steps above, except for the System Readiness one. It says the update is not applicable on my computer.
Also I uploaded a new Diagnostics file, since it seems my old file has dissapeared.
I'm going to play around some now and see if more BSOD's happen.
Also worth noting. It seems sometimes the computer freezes for 5 seconds and the screen goes black. After that it comes back with a notification: "Radeon driver has stopped working but has recovered successfully."
EDIT: And there it came. First BSOD of the day, anyone got some more things that I can try?
