    BSOD happens mostly on FF14, has happened while streaming Evo


    Is Windows 7 . . . yes
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? Yes
    - an OEM or full retail version? Full retail
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system NO
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer Yes


    - What is the age of system (hardware)? New less then 6 months
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) New less then 6 months

    System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom build OS Windows 7 home premium 64 bit CPU Intel core i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30GHz Motherboard p8 z68-v Pro Memory 16 gig Graphics Card(s) Evga GTX 480 Sound Card None Monitor(s) Displays dual display- Briava, View SonicScreen Resolution 1080p Hard Drives 1 terabyte.


    It has happened since i bought the PC. If anyone can help or it you need more info let me know. Thanks!

    I tried a full system reboot and had to redownload everything and i still happend. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    At first i thought it would only happen while playing ff14 but it happened another time while streaming. Sorry about the attachments but all should be well now. Let me know if you guys need more info.

    i am currently doing a CHKDSK. I have heard it may be a HDD problem but ill let you know what happenes after

    Uninstall software for USB XBox controller.
    Physically remove XBox controller from system.

    ok i did that. it is crazy because there was no "Microsoft xbox 350 accessories in my "uninstall" programs just something esle. Hope thats what i need. I have another PC that works perfect with it. thanks again for the advice^^
