BSOD every 30 mins ish ntoskrnl.exe+71f00 implicated

I bought my Daughter a Dell laptop from an official seller of Dell returns at Christmas and from day one the computer has suffered multiple BSOD crashes - on average as often as every thirty minutes. Unfortunately because I have been working away and my wife is inclined not to concern herself with such things I am only now in a position to seek to resolve things. The reseller has already had the laptop back once and claims to have tested the memory but nothing has been fixed. They have now asked me to reinstall Windows but before I do that I thought it may be worth seeking help here.

I would be very grateful for any help because I have a very disappointed little girl here who has a Christmas present that has not been right since day one.

Crash dump files attached - I look forward to any help you guys can offer.
Can't seem to upload from my hotel room in the normal way so here is a link to my dump files: Seven Forums.zip

    many thanks,

    Saxon

Your dump files are not attached. Please add them. Thanks.

Personally, I'd get them to take the laptop back and buy a different one from another vendor. It will probably be less hassle in the end, and you'll have a happy daughter again.

Dump files now added to post

    Kegobeer,

I take your point but I don't think the vendor will give me my money back now seven months down the line and he seems to have significantly reduced his stock levels since the time I bought so even swapping to another Dell Studio 1558 is unlikely. To be honest I have lost faith in the supplier or their ability to fix this laptop because last time it went back to them they spouted complete rubbish about the hard drive being filled with junk etc (one tiny Barbie game and a couple of utilities which they suggested I try runnig to resolve my problems!) In short I have more faith in you folks being able to help than I do the vendor!

Anyway, if someone is willing to help then I'm good to go!

    Best regards,

    Saxon
