Trying to locate Boot from CD Command

I am trying to run a Windows Defender burned cd on a computer that will not start windows 7. On the advanced boot options screen I do not see "Boot from a cd/dvd" as instructed by Defender. Can someone tell me where to find this option please? Thanks

You want the BIOS one-time Boot Menu key which should be given on the first boot screen. If you'd told us your computer model we could have already given it to you. Othewise enter BIOS setup to set the DVD drive first to boot, then HDD.
