Hi Yehuda, Welcome to Sevenforums. Do you have multiple RAM sticks. If yes, try running your PC with a single stick and see if that makes a difference. Also, run memtest overnight to check for any errors on the RAM. keep us posted.

So, there are errors with the RAM. Why you want to fix the issue. As, you said that the hardware is pretty new, replace it. Also, did you try running the PC with single DIMM of RAM? This way you will come to know which stick is faulty and needs to be replaced.

    After archers great advice,

Lets add in some other possibilities:

    Analysis

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 21:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
This driver is known to cause problems in Windows 7. All drivers before 2009 are also known for it. Please update this driver: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

    Code:
    nvm62x64.sys Fri Oct 17 16:01:06 2008 (48F8FD12)
Please Update ALL of your NVIDIA Drivers as well: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

After following Archers advice, and mine. Please post back, and tell us if there are any more BSODs.

    -Justin
