BSOD while trying to install War in the north, error code 0x00000050

I honestly have no idea what is going on, but I get BSOD every time i try to install lord of the rings:war in the north via steam. Ive switched out my memory (thinking it may be bad ram) but I still get the same error. attaching a few dump files and posting my DXdiag. any help would be extremely appreciated.

    Hello theTrent, Welcome to SF!

    Code:
    --------------------------------------------
    --------------------1-------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    GIDv2.SYS http://www.runscanner.net/file/GIDv2.SYS.html
    --------------------------------------------
    ---------------------END--------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    --------------------2-------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    GIDv2.SYS http://www.runscanner.net/file/GIDv2.SYS.html
    --------------------------------------------
    ---------------------END--------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    --------------------3-------------------
    --------------------------------------------
    GIDv2.SYS http://www.runscanner.net/file/GIDv2.SYS.html
    --------------------------------------------
    ---------------------END--------------------
    --------------------------------------------
This shows that there is a problem with a unkown file. Please do the following:

Do a full scan of your system using: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Afterwards: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

If nothing pops up for both of those,

    try: Windows Defender Offline

Also showing memory access problems, please run a RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Post back results!

I had ran the memtest 86 earlier today, set it to advanced scan, and set it to infinite loop, and it froze at 21%. running the virus scans now and will try a memtest again after that, will post results when its done.

so i finished running malware bytes, told it to get rid of the 3 things it found (two trojans and an adware). computer restarted and i got a different BSOD 0x00000000A, dump file is attached. I restarted it again after that BSOD and got to windows just fine to post this, wondering if its something i should be worried about? running the memtest now.

so i ran memtest86+, came across no errors. when it restarted, windows repair told me it needed to start up, so i ran that. gonna try running the game again to see if the windows repair fixed anything, will report back with findings.

EDIT: Still no luck, tried running the game again, still got the same BSOD. Any other suggestions or should I just reformat and reinstall windows?

will do otter. also, kind of found a fix. if i run the game's .exe through the folder instead of steam, it runs fine. so I think something is messing up when it tires to install that directx that steam always trys to do

Since this is an enterprise version, let me recommend that you talk with your company's IT department.
