My Acer Aspire 5750G Shuts Down After a Few Hours Due to Blue Screen

    Hello everyone,

I registered on this forum to get some help. Acer support did not provide me assistance (I have warranty till june 2013).

So the problem is that my computer shuts down after some hours when in stand by. It has happened more than ten times already.

I followed the procedure on how to post this issue on this forum. I uploaded the ZIP file to this forum. If someone can find a solution for this problem, I'd be very thankful.

    Kind Regards

    Glenn P.

    Welcome
Make a system restore point in the event that you want to restore the changes that you will make.
The cause of your problem is a driver that I am not familiar with it is
Description:Deterministic Network Enhancer for NDIS 5.1 Company:Deterministic Networks, Inc.
I have found this on the Driver
    http://www.citrix.com/lang/english/lp/lp_1680845.asp
If you can go to the website and update the driver.
If you are not familiar with it or have software that would use this driver make an anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

You may want to remove the software if you have knowledge of the company or the driver. Again, start with a system restore.

What I have used may be more accurate than your software, and your BSOD reports are consistent. Im sure of the cause.

    Hello

I have removed Cisco VPN software. It was related to that file.

I hope problem is solved now.

    Thanks.

I think that your BSODs will be solved. Good luck. Report back either way.

Unfortunately my PC shut down again due to blue screen. I am not a computer expert and don't know what to do. (buying a new PC is not an option right now)

Upload the current files. Always give us the files when you have new BSODs
