BSOD 0x0000008e, initially while on a live forum chat, now constant

Hi,
We recently upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium after having issues w/a yearly upgraded antiviral software that suddenly wouldn't work w/Vista. No problems, then one evening while in an open live video chat forum it crashed, never had a problem with this before. Have gotten the BSOD since then. Currently only works in safe mode. Ran repair, ran restore previous, nothing works. When he loaded Windows 7, he got updates but I don't think he checked for updates with the drivers. Also, he was in the slow process of pulling off alot of family pics as they are taking up too much space.

Attached you will find the SF Diag Tool file. I'm hoping you can help me please. Nothing special on here, no cooling, no overclocking, nothing. Just an older Sony Vaio laptop.

Thank you very much in advance.

Welcome,
The cause may be your AVG. Anti Virus
Make a system restore point
Uninstall AVG
Download Microsoft Security Essentials
Download
Malwarebytes for a once a week scan.
If Bsod stop, use the above software, most of the members here use it, too.

Make a system restore point before removing avg?

Also, the microsoft essentials, is it free and the malwarebytes also?

Also, Essentials says I need a cpu clock speed of at least 1Ghz or higher and 1Gb RAM. I'm currently on a pad reading this and cannot acces that computer right now. And it's been a long night, my brain is toast. Does my file show that our comp has that capability?

Thanks for the help.

still have BSOD every rebot in standard windows. I don't understand. What am I missing.
Is this a Windows 7 problem or is it my PC?
None of this makes any sense anymore.
Unistalled AVG which was the main cause and now my zip file shows no issues but I start my PC.

Can Anyone help with this problem. I don't have the cash for a new PC and I just bought Windows 7 about 2 months ago to fix this problem and it did, for about a day. Now it's non stop BSOD. I can't be the only perso with this problem.
Please help, i'm reading to put a bullet thru the monitor.

Safe mode is the only way it will run without BSOD.

Same error comes up as before.

This all started while i was in a live video chat for guitar lesson at jamplay.com
The software that supports the live vidchat is 123flashchat

website displays as follows
Powered by TopCMM
123flashchat.com
topcmm.com

Hopefully this will help. I was in the vidchat room at jamplay whn it crashed and never came back.
