Good news.
Sometimes a re-install is needed, after a while the build up resulting from every day use needs to be wiped out.

Good news, glad to hear it.
You're welcome.
Now is the time to make an image backup, you can restore it anytime you start to have issues and you won't have to do a clean install again, no installing programs, no Windows updates, etc.
You can use the free version of Acronis, you must have a WD hard drive in your system to be able to use this.
Acronis True Image WD Edition Software
I use the Seagate free version of Acronis, it works great and have never had any problems with it.
