Hello.

Code:
FNETURPX.SYS Fri Oct 3 21:26:51 2008(48E6D46B)
Drivers before 2009 are known to cause problems. Please update: http://www.pqi.com.tw/download.asp

Some of the crash files are pointing to AVG.

Looks like possibly memory problems. Please run a RAM - Test with Memtest86+ .

After please post back results.

@Justin, what drivers are you talking about that are earlier than 2009, the link you provided isn't working for me. I installed MSE but I still need to update it and I don't know how because I don't have internet connection. I installed memtest86 and I did the ram check the results were fine no errors were found. What else should I be doing now?

You will need to plug into the internet so you can update MSE.

Go ahead and post up the new crash files and I will take a look. It should be to much, and shouldn't take to long.

I have now noticed that it crashes everytime I switch it on or restart. I hope you see every little detail that might be the cause because I don't want to leave Win 7 back to Win XP. I attached the file as requested.

Hi Justin

I managed to update the MSE Antivirus, its now up to date. it recently crashed complaining about my cd drive. i uninstalled both my cd drives and let windows install the new drivers for them. now i can restart my pc without the BSOD but not really sure that its solved because it pointed a couple of things not just a cd drive. should i send you another file?

Well the ones you recently attached show memory problems and also code corruption.
try these:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

After:
Disk Check

Afterwards run a RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Post back results.
