Replaced memory and Motherboard now getting constant BSOD X0000003B.

    Hello,

My system layout is as follows:
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA UD3
    MEMORY: G.Skill Ripjaw series 12 GB (3x 4GB) 240 PIN DDR3 SDRAM DDR 1333
VIDEO CARD: SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100314VXSR Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video
POWER SUPPLY: hec X-Power Pro 600 600W Continuous @ 40°C ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply
    PROCESSOR: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB

I know it would be more helpful if I could upload the mini-dump file but I cannot access any of the files. I replaced my motherboard and memory to the specs stated above and started getting the BSOD. I did a windows memory check and tried each individual stick in every slot and they all seem to check out. I was having an issue with my video card stopping and starting but I fixed that issue in the registry. However, I have been getting a BSOD since the upgrade and I have no clue what could be causing it. The error I receive is x0000003B and I have tried to view the memory dump files and it tells me I don't have access. Any information would be helpful.
