It is not my pc, I was just told it started doing it. I've never had much luck with BSOD's besides full reinstalls. I was able to run the verifier with one group that BSOD'd just after boot. I am attaching the file, the latest 2 are with the verifier. It looks to my untrained eye to point to sfep.sys. I plan to try to find the newest version and uninstall what is on the machine and replace it with the newest one.

Yes, it appears that with the verifier that was the driver singled out.
