I have recently upgraded my RAM from existing 3gb to 6gb. I removed the 1gb ram and putted the NEW TRANSCEND RAM IN SLOT 1 and 2gb HYNIX RAM in slot 2.
I have also RAN the MEMTEST86 3-4 times with no error. The BSOD usually occurs after each 1 week and 3-4 times a day. Also, the timings of both the RAMS are same. I am using 1333 mhz ram on my 1066 system. I m NOT OVERCLOCKING ANYTHING. The picture i have submitted is with 4 gb NEW RAM only.

I highly apologize for this late reply. I must of looked over the thread.

    Code:
    sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 15:55:14 2009 (4AD24632)
this driver is associated with the program Daemon Tools. Which are known to cause problems such as BSODs. Please uninstall.

Also shows you do not have SP1 installed. Try doing that through Windows Update. Make sure to include all updates.

    Afterwards please post back results.

Hey, thanx for the reply. I don't have DAEMON TOOL installed . Also, i don't use any virtual drive software or image mounting software. Between these days, i got 2 more BSOD
    1. 0x00000024 ( NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM)
    2. 0x0000001e (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED)
I only got BSOD when the system restarts or just after it starts, when I try open any folder or do anything.
I have attached the two new BSOD dump files
