Rather random bluescreen, usually when I use resources intensive apps

    Hi,

    1. I have been having issues with my PC and I feel I have tried everything, from checking memory, drivers etc. Still, I get the bluescreen. It seems it occurs when the system is used intensively. Running several Adobe products for instance. But at times it dies even if I only watch youtube videos and nothing else.

    2. Another issue: When I turn off my computer, windows shuts down but the PC will not power off. I have to keep the power button pressed until it goes off.

Pls help me out with these.

    Thank you.
    Cristi

    Weclome
Your reports indicate that there is the possibility of your BSODs being caused by your graphics driver
Go to nvidea website and update driver
It appears that the cause may also be memory, test your memory with memtest.

    http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
This discrepancy can be caused by the fact that faulty memory can often cause drivers to malfunction.

Thank you for letting me know.
Will try with the video graphics.

There seems to be no problem with the memory.

TY for the rep. The fact that you marked the case close and gave me rep hopefully means that your BSODs are solved. Good luck
