Edit: Posted files via other computer

The files are attached but I am sending this from a different computer since I found out the WLAN utility tool I deleted was the tool used to operate the wireless network. I am currently looking for a way to re-install that.

Well all of the functions of that tool from Dell are built into Win 7. You don't need the program.
"best buy pc app" and "Yontoo" since the setup file could not be found.
    would you explain further?
    To remove programs you:

CONTROL PANEL | PROGRAMS AND FEATURES | Right-Click on the program you want to uninstall| click on Uninstall.

The best buy PC is gone but when I try to delete the yontoo I still get this error. I attached a screenshot.

When I go into my Network setting and look for my wireless adapter it cannot be found as well as turning on and off my wireless button does nothing.

Using Ctrl + C then copy the following:

    wmic nic get adaptertype,caption,macaddress,manufacturer,^
    servicename,timeoflastreset /format:list > %userprofile%\desktop\nic.txt

Go to an elevated command prompt.

    Paste those lines you copied.

    To Paste: you RIGHT-CLICK

That command put a file on your desktop called NIC.TXT

Attach that file to your next post please.

And here is how to go to an elevated command prompt:
Go To an Elevated Command Prompt

Elevated command prompt = Run CMD.EXE as administrator

WIN | type CMD.EXE | do not hit Enter |
in the PROGRAMS list, right-click on CMD.EXE |
    choose "Run as administrator" |

Click on the YES button (if such appears)

WIN key = key with Microsoft log on top

    for the guru:
    WIN | type CMD.EXE | CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER key combo | ALT+Y keycombo

After we get your wireless problem fixed, then I'll address the problem with Yontoo.

Thanks and sorry about the delay.

I read up on your model. I did not realize the model was that old.

Do you have an external modem that you use?

You said before that in safe mode, you have internet. Am I correct?

I need you to send my a SPECCY report which will be more informative than the Dell documentation.

Run Speccy and then from the main menu at the top:
File | Save snapshot | SAVE button

That will put a file with a .SPECCY extension in your Documents folder.

Zip that file up and attach to your next post.

Don't worry. Speccy does not include your 25 character key in the report.

thanks and I apologize for the delay.

Oh yes, link to Speccy in my signature.

Here's the shot. I guess 2 years is pretty old. Thanks for all your help so far, I haven't been blue screened while doing all this stuff since I cleaned it out. So all except for the fact not being able to connect wirelessly is all good. I'm connecting to the internet using my friends computer and just transferring files over that you need. Worst case scenario I have to get internet I can go to the basement and connect my Ethernet cord. Barbaric, but possible.
