From one of your dump files, it says the file below is responsible. You might see if updating or uninstall/reinstalling your AMD video driver may help. If you already have the latest AMD video driver and uninstall/reinstalled it, then you might try rolling back to a previous version that had worked well for you until a newer one is released.

Thanks Shawn. D'oh... that BsOD was from last week when i was "experimenting" with some drivers. I have since rolled back and resolved that one, until i got the BSOD from today which seems to mention HAL.DLL.. I think it may be unrelated to last weeks BSOD.

The second dump file had "Hardware" as the probable cause.

Could be your system overheating. May need to lower the OC a bit.

Just to rule out memory, you might consider creating a Memtest86+ disc and running it at boot to see if it finds any issues with your RAM.

Just had another one..

Could this be a power issue? I think i am borderline with a 550w PSU running 2 HD6950's. Can a power issue cause these type of BSOD's?

This one was an atikmpag.sys again.

Yeah, 550W is not enough for your system. According to the link below, one card can use about 256W under a heavy load, and 138W idle. When you throw in the CPU and other items, you're most likely overloading the PSU and crashing.

Do you have a 900+ W PSU that you could use to test with? Possibly from a friend's system.

No unfortunately. I will try it without the second 6950 and if that doesn't crash I will sell the second card and put the money towards a cpu and mobo upgrade.
