okay. i will do this and does it fix the problems? or just going to show me? and it doesnt support window 7?
It doesn't need w7 as it self boots off of a CD.

It can fix minor issues. Major issues might mean you need a new one.

Hey so I just got another bsod saying irql not less or equal... is it my hdd and ram damn this is getting really annoying! and sometimes i get system service exception.. should i just RMA my ram and my hdd... and the minidump aint there. and the minidump file thing is check in advanced system setting.. i know my hdd has problems already..
If you can run that diagnostics app from the CD without the app bombing out due to memory issues, then I think you can seriously consider what it reports for that drive.

You're going to have to have both reliable memory and a reliable drive in order to be able to run w7 reliably and without issues.

    What does the testing reveal?

Did you buy all the components and put the PC together yourself? Is it all still under warranty?

I don't know what kind of credit you'll get for returned parts if they find they're not defective.

You've got to find out from the manufacturer or reseller.

I don't know. I haven't gone through this whole thread, but in your very first post you state that your HD was fine and not the problem. Have you run the tests?

I'd be pretty sure it would be their policy not to search through your private files. But I would not trust it as you never know if one of their employees decides to violate that policy.
