Computer Crashing and Rebooting w/o BSOD

Hi, I've had a problem with my computer crashing randomly... It has done this as far as i can remeber (but the computer is no more than 3 years old) It will not crash randomly, and a more demanding program does make it crash more often... When it crashes, it will completely freeze, while the sound goes balistic, and it will "pop" off, without any sign of BSOD, as if someone unplugged it... It has had a decent PSU put in it because of this, but it has not helped... It has also had a new video card put in it... All the drivers are up to date as far as I know... Really stuck one this one, and any help would be appreciated.

Please fill out your system specs. Click on the link in my signature to do it.

In your next post, please explain what hacks you've done to the OS (if any), if you are overclocking, etc.
