Did you install the motherboard drivers from the CD or from the MSI site?
Check the MSI site for updated drivers: MSI B75MA-P45
Update all with newer dates.

Two OCCT errors blaming two different cores suggests it might be a settings issue, likely voltage.

In your UEFI, post the Current CPU Core Voltage, Current DRAM Voltage.
Select the CPU Core Voltage and CPU-NB Voltage, tell us what the options are. Looking for a setting that will add to the voltage, so it's not locked in at a specified amount.

The voltage graphs aren't smooth like they should be, this could be due to the motherboard or PSU.
What model is the Corsair 600w PSU?

Those CPU temps are high, even with a stock CPU cooler.

Im using Microsoft Security Essentials and have already ran a full scan without any errors coming up, and I installed the motherboard drivers from the cd that was given to me. I have not yet updated so will do that.

The PSU is a Corsair CX600w and I have found that the CPU Core Voltage is 1.0160v and the DRAM voltage is 1.5000v. Im not sure what you mean by CPU NB though as I cannot find it but the option for CPU voltage is on Auto but the options are +0.0200v, +0.0400v and +0.0600v.

I have checked the CPU cooler and all 4 screws have been clicked in place and do not move, however the thermal paste was already on the heatsink out of the box. Shall I still apply more thermal paste?

Regarding MSI features I do have some of the features that were on the disk such as supercharger for the usb slots, but I guess Ill be uninstalling them now. Also I tried to find the bios driver (1.2) but the only downloads are for 32bit.

Did you download your motherboard manual from the link above?
If not, do it now.
CPU-NB Voltage is the voltage for your CPU Integrated Memory Controller, this can affect you system stability.

If the CPU cooler is tight then it's ok.
You can never add to existing thermal paste, you need to remove the old paste, clean the area and apply new thermal paste.

Remove all MSI utilities for testing.

B75MA-P45 BIOS Update
BIOS allows your OS to boot with your hardware, It has nothing to do with 32/64 bit OS or drivers. Which means the same BIOS is for 32 and 64 bit OS.
