My computer did crash before changing av, I have uploaded the necessary files. Also after uninstalling McAfee and going back to Security Essentials, it blue screened again.

Did you update all the drivers from your motherboard site?
Did you uninstall all of the MSI utilities?
These are known to cause corruption and crashes.
Are these BIOS voltage settings still correct?
CPU Core Voltage is 1.0160v
DRAM voltage is 1.5000v
Post the CPU IO Voltage, this is the IMC (Integrated Memory Controller), need this to make some adjustments.

Your RAM is a non-major brand, it does not have XMP setting which may mean it is not designed for Intel systems. The lack of information listed by CPUZ indicates non-standard practices.
The two RAM cards are giving different CPUZ SPD tab information, the JEDEC timings. This indicates the two cards aren't the same and may be causing compatibility issues.
Adjusting some of the settings may help with stability, with more information I can suggest setting changes.
Are your RAM cards in slots #2 & #4 on the motherboard?
Post the voltages requested above and the RAM slot configuration and we can continue.

Yep, I have uninstalled all of the utilities from MSI, I actually had something called supercharger installed which I forgot to uninstall. However I do have something called ClickBios installed which I have been using as when trying to get into the bios normally, everything is off the screen and unable to get to any of the options as I cannot make my way around this screen. Also I have updated all of the drivers, however there is a realtek audio driver that will not install.
These are all from ClickBios:
The CPU Core voltage is 1.0160V
DRAM Voltage is 1.5000V
The CPU I/O Voltage is 1.048V
Also Yes the Ram sticks are in slot #2 and #4

Can you access your BIOS at bootup?
Press DEL repeatedly when you see the option in the boot screen.
If you can get access to your BIOS this way then uninstall the ClickBios app for testing.
Since it's not working correctly it may be causing issues.
Change the DRAM voltage to 1.550V
Change the CPU I/O Voltage to 1.120V
To test the CPU and some of the RAM run OCCT.
OCCT stability checking tool
Run the CPU:OCCT test for at least 30 minutes, be sure to monitor your CPU and GPU temps.
Set the time before you start.
When its done, pass or fail, it will make some graphs. Post these here as they are useful for analyses.

I cant actually explain whats wrong upon entering the bios, except that I am unable to make my way around it due to most of it being off the screen or being very glitchy. Ive taken a few snaps of it to show what I mean.
As you can see from my badly taken photos, the right side of the screen is cut off and I cannot see anything on that. Also in the third picture the overlapping "System Date"and "System time" just keeps flashing on and off screen quickly.
Having said all that should I still uninstall Clickbios or should I change the voltages through there.

Did you enter the BIOS from the boot screen by pressing the DELETE key?
Are the attached pictures from ClickBIOS or from entering the BIOS at boot?
If they are from ClickBIOS, don't do anything from there.
If not, then try to get into the BIOS from the boot screen.

Yes, these pictures are from entering the bios through pressing delete at boot screen, however everything looks alright when I do enter through clickbios from the desktop

Looks like the BIOS is corrupt, this can cause a lot of issues.
Re-install your BIOS.
Use V1.2 again.

Use the first method.

In the link provided, it says I have to type in to the dos command "afude23B e7752ims.220", although I noticed that e7752ims.220 was their bios version. Mine is different (e7798ims ver 1.2), should i enter this instead? Also I'm not sure where the".220" came from, should I enter this in as well?
Also a weird thing happened when trying to enter the bios again, I turned the computer on without the hdmi cable fitted in and entered the bios, then when I put the hdmi wire into the computer everything looked normal and as it should be, I could see all the options and it was not glitchy at all. Ive not managed to get that to happen again and its gone back to the glitchy mess it was before.
