    BSOD, need help to analyse dmp file


    Hi experts here, sorry but i am really not tech-savvy at all, but please help to determine the problem of my crash from the attachment, thanks in advance..

    i got this BSOD while playing dota 2. and forgive me but please put it in the most layman term's possible..

    It appears you may have a hard drive issue. Have you checked your disk for errors? If not, open up a command prompt (hit the Win key and type cmd) and type the following:

    chkdsk /r

    That will scan your drive for errors and attempt to fix them.

    Hi,.i have updated my pc specs.

    When i type chkdsk it says

    Access Denied as you do not have sufficient privelleges. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode

    Ok, hit the Win key and type cmd, then in the list that appears above it, right click on the command prompt app and select run as administrator. Then do the chkdsk command.

    ok, i've done that and attached are the screenshots i get when i run
    chkdsk and chksdk /r

    for the second one, ive selected yes and when i restart the pc the checkdisk ran and it says "The volume is fine". that's all..
