Windows 7: Help, damaged windows installer service

Windows 7 x64

I have run quick tests of Malwarebytes and Superantispyware now with negative result so a virus infection is probably out of suspect. Although the diversity and randomness of bluescreens is quite high. May be damaged driver? Damaged service or system dll? Corrupted registry? How to diagnose it?

The MGADiag report looks fine - much to my surprise. I see frequent problems with WiseFixer removing the SPPSVC service completely.

The problem continues, this is really very annoying.
Updated VirtualBox, using Windows Installer. Again I got 3x bluescreen, 4th time the update passed, but the system is very unstable.
The last BSOD mentioned fileinfo.sys file, not sure if that means something important about the culprit.
Anyway is there a tool that can THOROUGLY check registry integrity and possibly REPAIR?
The same I need about all the drivers that are currently installed and used.
