    Hi

Check your bios... and enable HPET setting for 64bit. If it is not configured properly the below error happens

Initialization of the High Precision Event Timer failed due to a BIOS configuration problem.

Also try updating the bios to the latest verison...

Let us know after you have done this

    All right

You have a Problem device L ATITool driver... which is the most probable case of causing this problem...... which is why your BSOD are hal.dll

Suggest you remove them.. from device manager and reboot

Once you are back in desktop... check and see if you still have this under device manager.

    Spica

ATItool is an overclocking program.... you recent upload still shows that its still not been removed...

Suggest you keep only the graphics driver and remove any overclocking software both for your motherboard as well as graphics card

AtiHdmiServi ATI Function Driver fo Kernel 30.9.2009 15:54:46
    atikmdag atikmdag Kernel 11.6.2012 18:59:31
    ATITool ATITool Overclocking U Kernel 10.11.2006 14:08:57
Your startup has the below as well .. remove them from startup using msconfig and once done reboot

    StartCCC REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CLIStart.exe" MSRun
AMD AVT REG_SZ Cmd.exe /c start "AMD Accelerated Video Transcoding device initialization" /min "C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD AVT\bin\kdbsync.exe" aml
Check the taskmanger to see if these are there

    ok

    Few things first....

1.use the pic shown below to save a backup of logs from EventViewer > System. The systems logs which you posted is only till 15th June 2012...
    Attachment 224633

    2. The startup shows sign's of malware infection mainly Wild Tangent. Please install, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes

    3.Remove AVG and install MSE

Do this and in the meantime if you can post the System Log... i can atleast pinpoint the culprit for the BSOD.. (most probably a device driver )
