Fresh W7 Ultimate 64-bit blue screening while doing anything

Hi, there. A few weeks ago (16/07/12) I formatted my harddrive and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64, from 7 Home Premium 32, by following guides on the internet, one being here, I think. Ever since that, my PC has been constantly BSOD'ing while doing anything - playing video games, watching stuff on YouTube, downloading mods for games, browsing the internet, whatever. As far as I remember, the error messages have been a variation of the three:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - least common
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT - happened most often - reducing RAM it can use in total stopped this, almost. It's happened at least once since I did this.
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA - dxgmms1.sys - happened first when I tried to do a virus scan with Kaspersky, Google/MS suggested graphics card driver update, which hasn't fixed it, and it happens most of the time now. Microsoft recommended a hotfix (now uninstalled) which only made it blue screen more.

There are 13(!) minidump files in total, these are what caused the crashes, as far as I remember

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2005) - 3, 2 before dxgmms1.sys errors, 1 after a Windows Update hotfix - which screwed it up even more. Hasn't blue screened since I updated the video drivers
Tropico 3 (2009) - twice, don't know the cause, auto restart was turned on at the time
Tropico 4 (2011) - 2, at least one dxgmms1.sys PAGE_FAULT.
Magicka (2011)- 1, dxgmms1.sys PAGE_FAULT. Happened on 01/08/12
Mount & Blade: Warband (2010) - 2, doesn't happen any more, same reason as GTA:SA.
Team Fortress 2 (2007) - at least 2 - these I imagine were MEMORY_MANAGEMENT errors, before I tweaked how much RAM was usable and with auto restart on.
The Witcher 2 (2011) - This hasn't caused any blue screens but it crashed A LOT before I changed RAM settings, haven't tried since but I'm guessing they were sort of precursors to MEMORY_MANAGEMENT blue screens.
YouTube/Firefox browsing - the rest of them. Can't remember the specifics, but the last one, about 40mins before I posted this was an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Specs:

None of it is overclocked or ever has been, all parts purchased individually and assembled some time around October 27 2010.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, bought a physical 32 & 64 bit copy from Amazon.
Old OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit - NEVER blue screened once.
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55a-UD3
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5870
Processor: Intel i7 2.93ghz 870 quad
RAM: 2048x3 - cannot remember brand but it's either Kingston or Corsair, I think.
PSU: has had 2 - one died about 5 months in, new one seems fine, both 750watts
Hard Drive: ~1TB, that's all I know.
Don't know any other hardware specs without opening it up but I won't do that unless it's an absolute necessary, seeing as it might be a driver/ram/mobo issue.

Drivers are all (supposedly) fully updated, Windows updates all done bar language packs. Haven't done a virus scan since the first PAGE_FAULT after disabling auto restart.

I have ran a memtest86, left it on for about 8 hours and did 9 of the 7 recommended passes, it didn't find anything wrong. I have googled every error and its 0x0 code every time it blue screened - only fixed MEMORY_MANAGEMENT so far. It's getting to the point where I'll just throw it out the window and buy a new one soon. Attached is the SF diagnostic folder and an image showing the dates, you can see it's slowed down, purely because I'm worried it'll BSOD. If you can help point me in the direction to fix this it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hello there!

Most of the times random crashes with different Bugchecks refers to Hardware specific problem. Since you have rules out Memory related issues. Uninstall Kaspersky complete and remove the left over files few crashes pointing to svchost.exe and Sysmain.dll mostly caused by Internet Security. Let's remove it and update the driver mentions and lets see how it goes.

Update the following Driver:

Code:
GVTDrv64.sys Tue Sep 05 12:40:02 2006 (44FD22CA)

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Really sorry about late reply, internet's been crap lately.

I tried to install that driver, but it keeps coming up with an error, I googled around but couldn't find a fix, or I'm blind.

attached is the error and 2 new BSODS, one IRQL in firefox(?) and one PAGEFAULT playing WoW.(which also crashed like The Witcher 2 did - it never did it on the 32bit) I've uninstalled Kaspersky and replaced it with MSE... but yeah, no luck it seems. Thanks a lot for the help.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Update:

The PAGE_FAULT blue screens are still constant but I'm having new ones now, doesn't give a full error message like PAGE_FAULT or MEM_MANAGEMENT, it just says my VRAM could be screwed, or something, and its error code being 0x0000010e...great.

attached are the minidumps, one being before I had applied a hotfix Microsoft suggested, one after. I have removed the hotfix.

Google also said to disable Aero, which I have also done. Thanks for the help.
