The CPU temp is high, even for a laptop.
Do you keep it on a hard surface, so it can get good air flow?
You may want to consider getting a laptop cooler, some laptops just run hot.

The OCCT graphs look ok except for the CPU temps.
Were you running other programs when you ran OCCT?

Interesting find with the ethernet cable.
Let us know if the if the laptop still runs stable using wireless.

Hi,
At the office my laptop runs in a stand so should get great air flow - at home where it never crashes is usually on my lap.
It ran all day yesterday and so far today on wireless without crashing. Am thinking it is definitely related. Have posted another crash zip as I think these may not be corrupted.
Thanks again

Your last three crashes were also corrupt, which makes the info questionable.

Looks like your laptop is still overheating the CPU.

Does your office stand have a fan in it?
Make sure it is not blocking any of the laptop vents.

Kind of strange that you're not having any crashes at home, you should not be putting your laptop on your lap. If you are blocking any vents on the laptop, it will cause it to overheat and possibly damage components.

Several errors on your CD-ROM, update the drivers from the laptop support site.
Go to Device Manager and tell me what Intel RST driver you are using?
If older than the version at the Intel Site, then update.
