New build BSOD, thinking secondary data drive is issue

Thanks all for the help (preemptive)
The build is as follows
Core i5 3570k (not over clocked yet)
ASRock z77 extreme 4
Samsung 120G SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2tb 72k
8gb (4x2) Cruicial ddr3 1600 ram
GTX 680
700w OCZ Modular p/s

Ran into issues on build day 2 days ago with crashing driver issues etc. installing drivers was actinglike fliles were corrupt even off the disks.
I replaced cables on drives, swapped the Bios for the SATA ports to mimic IDE, installed new version of windows with the Seagate not plugged in. Installed drivers for Mother Board rebooted to Bios swapped back from IDE on the SATA.

Puts around a bit no real issues, installed the data drive rebooted and started to install software from steam and origin as well as Windows updates.
BSOD a few times,
Logged off ran memtest over night passed all 7 tests, ran again on each stick all passed.

Windows is freezing trying to install all the updates that is the latest bsod in the log file.
the 2tb drive is still uninstalled but seems stable

Not sure what is causing this, I did run CCleaner a few mins ago and it puked a ton of registery errors cleaned them up ran again found more, cleaned now it says it is clean.

Here is the zip I am at wits end and do not want to RMA the Seagate if i dont have to but willing to if you all think that is my problem.

I am going to try and install the windows updates 1 at a time.

The BSOD are caused by ISCT Always Updated Agent service (Intel® Smart Connect Technology) try disabling this services. You could also disable the other intel related service if you prefer..... along with this...

Let me know if it still BSOD's

Thanks doing that now, was worried that i could end up uninstalling the wrong drivers but ill give it a shot

wiped my drives because going to sp1 was not working, either windows update would lock up and become unresponsive and the sp1 stand alone exe installer would error out.

I found an iso with sp1 on it trying that now.

if this doesn't work next step is giving windows 8 a shot.

I think removing all the intel crap solved the BSOD issue.

Damn you would think this is my first build with all these issues.

The problem is not SP1..... it was with the intel softwares..

OK getting new BSDO didnt think I should start a new thread, So Ill post my new file here.

thanks again I am so lost and annoyed. I am ready to start RMAing things but not sure where to start.

memtest passed agagin full tests over night.

The first BSOD is caused after PnkBstrB service (PunkBuster Service -- gaming related ...could be origin ).. in any case disable this till it back to you for further info.

The second BSOD is most probably caused after the installation of KB979538 which is probably incompatible for your system.. Uninstall this till MS comes out with fix...
