Looks like it was the memory, I havent had a crash since. Also on a side note, my print spooler quit stroking out too. So maybe it was linked to bad RAM also.
Maybe I spoke too soon.
I ran fine for a couple of days on the 1 8GB stick but since that was new I returned it to newegg and put back in my 4 4gb sticks from gskill. I had a BSOD last night sometime and one this morning, after logging back in I clicked on chrome and it crashed.
New SF Diagnostic files attached.
I ran memtest for 8 passes on the new sticks with no errors.
Try this again:
AVG is kinda known to cause BSODs. So for now uninstall and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows .Code:Probably caused by : avgidsfiltera.sys
Also, Make sure that your RAMs Bus speed is compatible with your motherboard. Along with if they are all the same BUS speed.

I removed AVG and put MSE on. HAd another bsod sometime last night.
I just noticed that something called avg link scanner didnt uninstall though.
This time it's blaming a Microsoft file. Please try a windows update, to make sure it is up to date.

3 new crashes, windows seems up to date
My computer never goes into standby and these crashes always seem to happen after its been on but not used for a while.
I went for almost a week without any crashes, then I had one before I installed a new dvd drive and 2 after.
