BSOD Driver Power State Failure Stop code assistance needed

New computer worked for a month with no issues. No new software or hardware of note. I shut it down (properly) at night. First thing i get in the morning now is BSOD. No choice but to manually kill power and restart. On second start it works. Codes are as follows:

    Attachment 225160

    DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE
    technical
    STOP:
    0x0000000000000003,
    0xFFFFFA80045FDA10,
    0xFFFFF80000BA2748,
    0xFFFFFA8005561010

    Thanks.

I have followed the instructions for BSOD and attached as requested. Also, the link you gave me took me to the main page and not to the specific instruction page just so you know...I did a search from there and managed (I think) to follow the bouncing ball to get it done.

It is in the original post.

    Update your Realtek NIC driver.
