BSOD playing battlefield 3, error 0x00000101

I get almost every day this same BSOD sometimes when playing bf3 sometimes even while playing minecraft. I got this problem for over 6 months now. SFC.exe /scannow doesn't give any faults. If someone could help i would be very grateful.
Edit: I just read that my graphics card Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti needs a minimium of 550W power supply and i have 500W power supply, so could this cause this BSOD?
Edit2: Bought 650W power supply and week without BSOD and now my again BSOD.
